Ustaz Hj Mohd Ridzwan Bin Jamaludin

Ustaz Ridzwan brings over 20 years of experience in the umrah and hajj industry. He has served across leading travel agencies including Addeen Travel, Wira Saujana, and Harmony Excellence Travel, building deep expertise in pilgrimage operations and pilgrim welfare. He has also served as main hajj liaison to Tabung Haji. Now as Chief Operating Officer and permanent Musyrif (male religious guide) for Travel TY Umrah, he personally leads and accompanies most umrah trips, ensuring pilgrims receive dedicated spiritual guidance throughout their journey.
